Emerson can a few days early and surprise mommy and daddy on Christmas day. She was the perfect little model. I am in love with some of her images and can't wait to get to photograph her as she grows.

Lizzie is such a natural in front of the camera. I've been able to work with her family for several sessions now and Lizzie's mom Sharon is one of my mommy and life in general mentors. I dearly love this family and am so blessed to have them in my life.

Yesterday I had a beautiful day, location and beautiful young woman to make for a perfect session!

I had my second session with Chase on Monday. This was his 3 year old session and I also shot his 2 year old session a year ago. This family is so much fun. I hope to work with you guys for years to come!

Becca and her wonderful family have been a long time friends of our family. Not having any blood relatives closer than 6 hours from us it has been a huge blessing to have the Levergoods in our lives. Becca has been my 4 year old son's babysitter since he was born. I trust her with him and her whole family treats him like he is a member of their family when he is at their house.

So when Becca asked me to be the one to do her Senior portraits I was thrilled. Not only is she gorgeous she has a positive attitude that rubs off on anyone that is spending time with her. We had a blast and she smiled so much that her cheek started to twitch.

Susan first came to me for newborn pictures of her daughter Katie who I got to follow through her first year seeing her every three months. It was such a joy to watch going from the tiny beautiful bundle of squishiness to running around the studio. She now a has a baby brother. Now I also have the pleasure of watching baby Jack grow. I have seen him twice now and look forward to our next session.

This was my second session with the Rolston family. My first was Ronan's newborn session. I just love working with you guys! We had so much fun and couldn't get Ronan's song out of our heads for days. The last picture is an outtake from our session. There were several outtakes from this session and this was my favorite. I was laughing the entire time I was editing this session.

Chase's session last week was so much fun. He is little boy all the way. Trucks, dirt and leaves were definitely more interesting that having his pictures taken. In the end a 9 am lollipop won him over.

The Munacos were one of the first couples that we became friends with when we moved from Georgia to Michigan for my husband's job. It has been such a pleasure watching their family grow and getting to be there every step of the way. Ronan fought sleep for two hours, but once he fell asleep he was REALLY asleep and we were able to get some precious shots. On Tuesday the proud new parents of baby Emery came by for her newborn session and I am so happy that they did. Josh and Rachel, she is beautiful...really.
